“You’d like to file a cancel request?” ”Yes, yeah, a cancel request.” ”We don’t really do that.” Jesus Christ. It’s been about an hour and I feel shaken still. I wish I had an Apple Watch cuz I really wanna know where my heart rate was at basically the whole time. Fuck man. That takes the cake for most anxiety inducing movie I’ve ever seen. I feel ill after it. Ya know only knowing very basic things going into this movie, a small part of me was like ‘gee, I hope this doesn’t awaken anything in me’. And I’m here to say, it didn’t, and thank fucking god for that. Man oh man. I could pretty much tell just about everything that was gonna happen, but it didn’t matter cuz I was still dreading it and creeped out the whole damn time. I get why people laughed at some parts but I was more often covering my face in concern. Baron is THE worst dude ever, bar none, like Jesus Christ. Zero redeeming anythings with him. Once they said ‘well you can just kill your self’ I partially thought they were gonna do what they did in Whistle, where you ‘die’ to break the curse but then someone revives you, but I’m real glad they didn’t cuz 1. That’d be lame, and 2. It would be a direct ripoff of said movie. Honestly he should have just driven off a cliff after opening that letter. Fuck man. I dunno if I can ever watch this again, and I mean that as complimentary as possible. Similar to my belief that any movie that makes you cry should be given 5 stars, any movie that makes me feel this terrible afterwards has to be *at least* a 4. “I’m just fucking with you, they’re right there.”
