“You are your fucking brain you diphsit!” I’m someone who never ends up caring about any sort of YouTube made or largely fan made ‘world’ when it comes to anything horror related. When this got announced I was not moved at all. I figured it was just gonna be like the FNAF movies, just fan service slop or something. But then I got told that there was actual plot and characters in this, and that was enough to get me on board. And I enjoyed it! A movie that leaves me more confused by the end than when I started is a job well done in my book. I honestly love that it leaves you in a way where you can just sit there and hypothesize what all happens and how shit works. A year ago I would have looked at you crazy if you told me I’d like this at all. Times are crazy. Having a dude wearing an ‘end apartheid’ shirt as a way to establish the time period is incredible. And thank god the phrase ‘backrooms’ was never actually said. “I think I’d know if I was high.” ”You *are* high.” ”…pot doesn’t count.”
