“There are too many things to say and I don't think I can put them coherently enough. The dissection of what can/might/ lead someone to consider causing harm and how it can linger even if the harm wasn't done. Fabricating a sequence of events that can justify even thinking about committing such acts, even if they're not true; because the uncomfortable truth that often times it doesn't take all that much to push people to the worst is very uncomfortable to confront. Completely brushing past the harm that WAS done because it wasn't as bad as it *could have been.* AOUGH.”

“Not the biggest fan of autobiographical works in general, so I knew this wouldn't resonate much with me. The ending is helpful especially considering how complex Paola's life has been throughout her formative years. I assume it leads to the other autobiographical comics from Power Paola. Animation wise, this was impressive! The perspective / layering was neat, and I was often looking at the environments/backgrounds more intently than I was looking at the characters. Even then, it must have been a ton of work to draw and animate this many different figures/faces, I don't think background characters repeat at all.”
